Personal data
Privacy policy
Briefly and without legal jargon: what we do with the data you leave with us, and what you can do with it.
Last updated: September 2026
Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is turcio · yoga and wellbeing studio, ul. św. Agnieszki 1/27, Kraków, Poland.
For anything concerning your data, write to turcio.yoga@gmail.com — we answer personally.
What data we collect
Newsletter: the email address you enter in the form, together with the date you signed up.
Contact: whatever you give us when you write by email, on WhatsApp, or in a message on Instagram or Facebook.
Class booking runs through Fitssey, and that is where you enter the details needed for a reservation. We see the list of people booked into a class.
What we use it for
We use your email address only to send the newsletter: news about classes, workshops, concerts and retreats. The legal basis is your consent.
We use the details from your messages to answer your question and to arrange a class or a rental.
We do not sell or share your data for advertising.
Who processes it for us
MailerLite — sending the newsletter.
Vercel — the server this website runs on.
Fitssey — the class booking system.
Google and Meta — email, the map and our Instagram and Facebook profiles.
Each of these companies processes data on our behalf, under their own terms.
How long we keep it
Your newsletter address — until you unsubscribe. You can do that with one click in the footer of any message.
Correspondence — as long as it is needed for the matter you wrote about, and then for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its processing, withdraw your consent at any time and transfer your data.
Simply write to turcio.yoga@gmail.com. If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office.
Cookies
The site itself does not set cookies and does not track your visit.
The tools we embed do: the Fitssey schedule and the Google map. Each asks for consent in its own window and you can refuse — the site will keep working.
