yoga, yoga for the spine, art therapy and ceramics
Yoga has been part of my life since 2009. I completed the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta TTC 200 RYS teacher training in 2018 and have been sharing my passion for yoga ever since.
I have built my experience teaching many kinds of classes: from yoga for beginners, through calm Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, to classes focused on spine health and classes for seniors and children.
My classes are about working consciously with the body, with full respect for both its possibilities and its limits. I make sure practice is a space for mindful movement, breathwork and, above all, letting go and relaxing.
I am also an art therapist and an art ceramics instructor. I like supporting people in their personal growth by sparking creativity.
Before class
Everything about your first visit →What to bring
Nothing is required. If you like, bring water and warm socks or a sweater for the relaxation at the end.
What to wear
Anything comfortable you can move freely in. No yoga leggings needed, joggers or loose trousers and a T-shirt are fine. You can change in the bathroom or in the small room next to the studio.
When to arrive
10 minutes before class. You will have time to set up your mat and tell the teacher it is your first time.
